Nancy Chockley Marlow Perry, 90, of the Good Shepherd Home in Golden died at the home at 7:45 a.m. on May 8, 2017.  She lived in Augusta before moving to the home in July 2016.

Nancy was born November 22, 1926, near Golden to Hearl and Ruth Elston Chockley.  On March 17, 1946, she married Kenneth Marlow at Bowen.  He preceded her in death on October 22, 1983.  On July 6, 1991, she married William Perry of Boulder, Colorado at Huntsville.  He preceded her in death on September 10, 1994.

Nancy graduated from Augusta High School in 1945.  After high school she worked in Macomb.  Following her marriage she was a homemaker near the Mt. Horeb community and later in the Huntsville area.  She was postmaster at Huntsville from 1975 until retiring in 1995.  She attended the Augusta Christian Church.

She is survived by two sons, Keith (Anita) Marlow of Augusta and Dean (Nadine) Marlow of LaPrairie; three grandchildren, Jason (April) Marlow of Burlington, Iowa; Mark (Amanda) Marlow of Huntsville; and Erin (Travis) Dinsdale of Maryville, Missouri.  Also surviving are her step-grandchildren, Chris (Lou) Lambert of Huntsville and Jared (Angie) Gooding of Huntsville.  She is survived by nine great-grandchildren and five step-great-grandchildren.  Her sister, Dorcas (Bill) Kraemer of LaPrairie also survives as well as her sisters-in-law, Phyllis Marlow and Jean O’Neal.  She is survived by her special nieces and nephews.

Nancy was preceded in death by a son, Eugene; her parents; her husbands; a sister, Loraine Freye; and two brothers, Leo and Herbert Chockley.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday May 12, 2017 at the Augusta Christian Church by Pastor Ryan Derr. Burial will follow at Mt. Horeb Cemetery near Golden. Visitation will be held Thursday May 11, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Hamilton Funeral Home in Augusta.

Memorials may be made to the Augusta Senior Center, Augusta Christian Church, or the Golden Good Shepherd Home.
